Restoring the historic Byron Pavilion into a vibrant community hub with sport, events, café, wellbeing activities and opportunities for everyone.
The Vision
A full regeneration of Byron Recreation Ground — from forgotten to flourishing.
Our masterplan sets out a phased programme to restore the pavilion, deliver a MUGA alongside 5-a-side football artificial grass pitches, and create welcoming spaces for creativity, wellbeing and community connection — all governed by a Community Interest Company committed to public benefit.
